• Cemented stem BC is made of Co-Cr- Mo alloy that is wear resistant
• Biplanar stem taper resistant to sinking and has better stress distribution
• Collar provides an enclosed environment in the proximal and helps positions and supports the bone cement
• Highly polished surface reduces the shear force between prosthesis and the bone cement
• A 45-degree collar provide an enclosed environment and provide support and settlement of the stem
